Dear Parents and Carers,
 the Sun keeps trying to make an appearance in the sky.....we felt it was time to write to you all and let you know about our biggest event of the School PTA Year!




We are holding our Summer Festival on Saturday 27th June from 1pm in the school grounds. We are going to make this year’s event a real celebration !!




The plan is for a fun, relaxed afternoon for all the Family – with stuff for everyone to do!




For Kids there will be all the popular stalls and of course a Bouncy castle and slide!. We have a few new ones this year including a ‘Nerf challenge’ area.....which no doubt will be popular. And the event will finish with a Giant Balloon Release that everyone can enter on the day!




Oh....And ‘Soak the Teacher’ returns.....




For Adults we will have fresh cooked BBQ food, chilled Pimms, refreshing Lager and Crispy cider to drink! And how could we forget Prosecco ! And with the Kids happily entertained, you will hopefully all get some time to catch up with friends




So please do make a note of it in your diaries – we can’t fund the projects we do at School without generating the Funds through organising events like this. We need you all!

The St Marks PTA School Family Fun Run and Easter Bunny Hunt will take place in the School grounds on Saturday 28th March from 2pm.


If you wish to take part, please complete the ticket request form (available from the School Office) and hand it in at the School Office, along with the correct money, in a sealed envelope.  Tickets will be sent home with your child.


This is the first time we have run this sort of event for a good few years, so we really hope everyone takes the chance to have some Family Fun with their children.


All the children taking part will each receive a small Easter Chocolate Gift for taking part.
